Susanna actively cultivates a practise that is evidence based, patient centred, and trauma informed. Each care plan is tailored to each individuals needs and presentations. From relaxation to deep tissue Susanna firmly believes her life’s work is to help facilitate her patients in their wellness journey. Susanna’s preferred area of practice is in women’s health and wellness. As a mother of two herself, Susanna loves working with families and feels honoured to be a part of their journey from parenthood to menopause . Though her post graduate studies have been in women’s health, Susanna proudly operates an inclusive family practise and happily works with clients from all walks of life. She is trained in classical modalities such as Swedish, facial lymph drainage & myofascial head & scalp massage, hot stone, sports therapy, pregnancy & postpartum massage, and trigger point therapy.
